I help busy midlife professionals in elevating their mind-body connection and promote athletic longevity to feel more attuned within both mentally & physically. 

Without large equipment or a gym, my programs will build your essential core strength & for body equilibrium through mobility & release to level up in the ways that matter to you. 

As an avid Pilates practitioner & embodied coach, I teach a mindful approach embracing the sense of duality of energy in supporting individuals to build strength, resilience, and movement fluidity to feel empowered and more confident
